The Troy Sporting Rifle: A pump action AR-15
Love the AR-15 but live in a place that makes ownership of standard ARs difficult or impossible? Troy Defense has a possible solution with their pump action Troy Sporting Rifle-PAR.
The rifle has the look and feel of a standard AR-15 type carbine but rather than being a semi-automatic, the action is cycled manually via pump. The Troy PAR seems like a viable option for shooters living in states with so called assault weapons ban or for hunters who want to bring an AR-type rifle afield, but live in a state where hunting with semi-autos is prohibited (read Pennsylvania).
