New Jersey senate passes magazine ban

According to this article, the New Jersey State voted Monday 21-17 in favor of a bill that would ban all firearm magazines, even non-detachable ones, capable of holding more than 10 rounds. Current state law restricts magazine capacity to 15 rounds.

The Bill, if signed into law would apply to all magazines, not just detachable magazines. .22 rimfires with tube magazines would be exempted from the ban.
